Welcome to Camp Ritter! This is a time for us to celebrate the successes we’ve achieved as we cross the four-year anniversary of joining Integrity. This is also a time to build our internal relationships through fellowship and fun activities together! There will be opportunities to learn new skills (both personal and professional), about the different departments within Ritter, and about our direction for the future.
Integrity has set goals to transform the way all the businesses work together to consolidate and collaborate as one team. Scott, Lincoln, Rick, Justin, and I want to thank each of you who contributed to help with the transformation while still meeting our financial goals. We look forward to celebrating that achievement with you on Thursday night. We also want to welcome and encourage our newer employees as we look forward to our future success and remain a critical part of the Integrity family.
